Terms of service
By using the Salpha web app, the Telegram bot, or the Discord bot, you agree to these terms.
The service
Salpha researches crypto tokens and answers questions about them. Reports and answers describe public information as Salpha found it at the time. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not financial, legal, or tax advice, and Salpha does not tell you to buy, sell, or hold anything.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for what is done with it. Keep your sign-in email and your connected apps secure.
Payments
You pay for questions from a balance you fund in USDC on Base. Prices are on Balance and costs. A question that fails is not charged.
Groups and servers
An admin who adds Salpha to a group or server confirms they may do so. The admin who links a group pays for the questions asked in it, up to the daily limit they set.
Acceptable use
Do not use Salpha to break the law, to harass anyone, to send spam, or to overload, probe, or copy the service. We may limit or close an account that does.
Availability
We provide Salpha as it is. It can change, stop for a time, or end. We are not liable for losses from using Salpha or from relying on its reports and answers, to the extent the law allows.
Privacy
See the Privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Salpha after a change means you accept the new terms.
