Privacy policy

Salpha keeps only what it needs to work. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

This policy covers the web app, the Telegram and Discord bots, and these docs. Discord privacy adds a few details for servers.

What we keep

  • Your account: your email, and the Telegram or Discord account you connect.
  • Your conversations with Salpha, so you can follow up and see your history.
  • Payments to your balance.
  • Messages in groups and servers that add the bot, so it can spot tokens and answer questions about the chat.

Files you attach are deleted after three days.

How we use it

Only to run Salpha: to answer questions, write reports, and bill the right balance. Anything beyond that, such as counting how many groups mention a token, uses anonymised data.

Salpha does not name people from a group to anyone outside that group.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run Salpha for us: AI providers that write the answers, Google for sign-in and hosting, and Relay for payments. The AI providers do not train on your data. Some keep requests for a short time under their own policies. We share data when the law requires it.

Removing your data

Delete a conversation from Recents in the web app. To have anything else deleted, email salpha.support@gmail.com. We act within 30 days. For Discord, see Discord privacy.

Changes

We update this page when our practices change.
